DOMESTIC ORDERS

• Carpet Orders are usually dispatched within 4-5 working days from the date of order.
• Carpet orders are delivered within 10-12 working days from the date of shipping.
• Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and request you to check your order upon receipt.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Dispatch Time: Carpet orders are typically dispatched within 5–6 working days from the order date.
• Delivery Time: Orders are generally delivered within 15–20 working days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary based on the duration of customs processing.
• Import Duties: Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the relevant customs authorities.
• Quality Assurance: All carpets undergo a thorough inspection before shipment. We recommend checking your order upon delivery and notifying us immediately of any concerns.
• To process global transactions, choose Razorpay as the payment gateway and PayPal for completing the transaction. Cart displays INR but payments can be made in your selected currency.

Office Hours: Our office is open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), Monday to Saturday (excluding national
holidays).

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

• Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.
• Returns and exchanges are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items.
• Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
• Customers may exchange for another product of equal or higher value (paying the difference). 
• If eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.
• Keeping the original packaging is mandatory; returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked in its original packaging, with all labels intact.

Refund Processing:

• Prepaid Order Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders are processed promptly within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
• COD Order Refund: Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed between 10-12 working days after the product is picked up from your location. This process is initiated upon receiving your bank details. Please note that cash refunds are not provided.
• Return Charges for carpets is ₹500 Per order.
• Exchange Orders:  No charges will be applied.
• Exchange orders are exempt from any return charges.

International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges

Vacuum once a week. Gently brush surface to remove dust. Blot with paper & remove spills immediately. Use professional carpet cleaning services only.
