We carefully inspect carpets before shipment and request you to inspect them upon receipt. For items delivered via courier, your signature is required at the time of delivery. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.
  • Keeping the original packaging is mandatory; returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked in its original packaging, with all labels intact
  • Furniture order are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Charges:
    • Carpets:  Rs. 500 per order.
    • Cushions:  Rs. 100 per order.
    • Throws: Rs. 200 per order.
    • Exchange Orders:  No charges will be applied.
    • Exchange orders are exempt from any return charges.


      This fee contributes towards covering the expenses associated with shipping, handling, and quality inspection. Our commitment to maintaining high resale standards and ensuring the best quality products is supported by these charges. No return charges will be levied for products found to have manufacturing defects.

 

The Easy Returns Process:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check.

 Refund Process:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed within 48 hours after the product is picked up from your location.
  • COD Orders: Refund will be processed within 10-12 working days after the product is picked up and receiving your bank details. No cash refunds.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Return the item within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Return the item in its original condition. If the packaging is damaged, repack it securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
  • A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
  • The item must have original packing, labels, and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will void the return.
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
  • If you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request you to share pictures of the rug at customercare@obeetee.com. We will replace it at no cost after examining the returned item.

International Orders:
